Downloading Environment Logs from Hub administration page

To assist with debugging when executors are not behaving as expected, administrators can download log files for a remote execution environment directly from the KNIME Hub administration page.

To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Administration page of the KNIME Hub.
  2. Select Environments on the left side menu. Locate the tile representing the environment in question.
  3. Click the action menu (three dots / options) icon on the tile.
  4. Select Download logs from the context menu.

This triggers the download of a .zip file containing a log bundle (including log files and active configurations) for each online remote executor in that environment.
