Work with Knime
Once you've built a workflow, the next steps are to share it, run it, and put it into production. This section covers everything that happens around your workflows: where they live, who can access them, how they run, and which credentials and AI models they use.
Organize your work
Spaces hold your workflows, components, and data. Each space has its own visibility settings, and versioning tracks every change to its contents so you can restore earlier states.
Collaborate in teams
Teams control who can access your spaces and resources. Add members, assign roles, and decide who can view, edit, or run your workflows.
Run and deploy workflows
Run a workflow manually, or deploy it to run on a schedule, as a REST service, on a trigger, or as an interactive data app. Each run uses a compute class, which determines the resources and the execution credits it consumes.
Use AI models with GenAI Gateway
GenAI Gateway routes AI node requests to AI providers. Configure which models your team can use from one central place.
Manage credentials
Store credentials as secrets so your workflows can access external systems without exposing passwords or tokens. Use application passwords to authenticate external tools against Knime.
