Add-on feature

Private Gallery is included in the Enterprise plan and available as a paid add-on for the Business plan. For all available add-ons, see Add-ons.

Private gallery ​

The private gallery contains a set of workflows and components available across all the teams. Use it to share workflow blueprints, templates, and use cases across your organization.

Content gets into the private gallery when a team admin publishes one of the team's spaces. Everyone in your organization can browse everything in the private gallery, regardless of which team they belong to.

A central team publishes approved starter workflows. Other teams copy them into their own spaces and adapt them to their needs.

Onboard new teams ​

Publish a complete starter space with example workflows and data. New teams copy the whole space and start working right away.

How it works ​

Publish and unpublish a space ​

Only team admins can publish a space to the private gallery or unpublish it. Publishing applies to the whole space. You cannot publish individual items. See Publish a space to gallery.

WARNING

Publishing a space makes all of its items visible to everyone in your organization. Before you publish a space, check that it doesn't contain workflows or data that shouldn't be shared.

Once a space is published:

  • Workflows and components in the space are browsable in the gallery, and other users can copy them individually into their own team's spaces.
  • Other users can copy the entire space into another team. In that case, the data in the space is also copied.
  • Components in the space are available to every user in the workflow editor. For more info about sharing components, see the components guide.
