Identity and access

Knime uses Keycloak, an embedded identity and access management solution, to authenticate users and control what they can do. Connect an external identity provider to automate how users and groups get into your Knime instance, or manage everything manually through Keycloak.

Identity and access covers the following tasks:

• Configure SSO with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or SAML 2.0
• Provision and deprovision users and groups with SCIM
• Expose external groups from OIDC or LDAP
• Manage users manually through Keycloak
