Workflow jobs monitoring
The Workflow Jobs Monitoring data app gives you a comprehensive view of the jobs running on your Knime instance, with three perspectives and filters for detailed analysis:
- Overview: A Gantt chart visualizing current and historical job activity, useful for identifying scheduling windows when environments are less busy.
- Development over time: Trends, patterns, and changes in job executions over time.
- List: A detailed table of all jobs, with direct links to related teams, users, and environments for deeper analysis.
You can filter jobs by:
- Number of latest jobs to fetch
- Job status: existing, deleted, or all jobs
- Team
- Environment
Investigation is restricted to the jobs you have permission to read. Global admins can view all jobs.
Enable job instrumentation data collection
Enable job instrumentation and storage as described in the advanced admin guide. The data app requires this data to display execution statistics.
